The multiple dwelling house Pálenica 2 is situated in Tatranská Štrba.

Project characteristics

The multiple dwelling house Pálenica was implemented to acquire 43 dwelling units for staff accommodations for the user’s employees. This 5-storey building has three sections and two separate entrances. The residential house for sections “A” and “B” has a reception area, exchange station and common laundry room on the ground floor. In section “C” on the ground floor there is a cellar and a cleaning storage room.

Extent of Services

As the property management service provider for Pálenica 2, we provide the following services:

 

comprehensive property management under the terms of Act No. 182/1993 Coll. on Ownership of Apartments and Non-Residential Premises:

 

  • preparing advance billing,
  • allocation of costs,

 

other services:

  • preventive and operative maintenance of common and dwelling areas,
  • winter and summer maintenance of adjoining outside areas,
  • operation of boiler room,
  • cleaning services for common areas, cleaning of the façade including windows, winter and summer maintenance of outside areas,
  • small repairs for apartments owners.

 

The objective of the property management is to ensure a reduced failure rate, longer lifespan and functionality of technical and technological equipment. Obligations of a property management services provider include maintenance planning– scheduling regular preventive maintenance at regular time intervals. Our main intention is to have satisfied clients. We focus on achieving harmony in the relationship and providing professional, comprehensive and comfortable services. Therefore, our services and their improvement and expanding and are subject to this objective while at the same time we readily adapt to individual specific requirements. The building consists of three sections, while sections A and B each have 15 flats and section C has 13 flats.
