Building’s features

The architecture of Eurovea Riverside is inspired by the flowing curves of the Danube, with a façade that elegantly connects to the existing apartment building while incorporating modern design elements to enhance the living experience. The building spans 8 floors and offers 97 residential units, providing both comfort and style in a unique setting.

The Riverside apartment building is thoughtfully designed with four distinct material blocks, offering a diverse range of housing options to meet the needs of even the most discerning clients. These blocks provide a wide selection of apartments, each with its own unique features. The building has five entrances, from Pribinova 32A to Pribinova 32E. Access is conveniently located from the Danube embankment and is secured by a contactless entry system using chips, all monitored by a comprehensive camera surveillance system for added security. The building is also accessible from the underground garage via the shopping center’s parking facility. Each part of the building varies in height, with floors ranging from six to eight levels. Parts A to D are equipped with one lift each, while part E has two lifts for added convenience. The building’s technological infrastructure, parking spaces, storage areas, and waste management rooms are located on floors -2 and -3.

The residential building is centrally heated, with heat supplied to the individual residential transfer stations. Cooling is also centralized and available throughout all apartments. Ventilation systems are housed on the roof, ensuring proper airflow for both the apartments and corridors.

The architecture and blend of features build upon the success of the first phase, while introducing new elements such as expansive public spaces, sports facilities, and children’s playgrounds. These additions transform the project into a fully integrated urban neighborhood, designed for modern living and community engagement.
