Personal data processing with regard to the outbound and inbound mail records and the registry administration:

List of personal data: name, surname, academic title, permanent / temporary residence, birth registration number, ID card number, debt amount, economic behavior and history

Legal basis of personal data processing: Contract, Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, Act no. 233/1995 Coll. on Bailiffs and Enforcement Activities (Enforcement Code)

Categories of recipients: Bailiff – Act no. 233/1995 Coll. on Bailiffs and Enforcement Activities (Enforcement Code), as amended, the Courts law enforcement agencies – processing is necessary in order to fulfill the legal duty of the Operator under Act 301/2005 Coll. the Code of Criminal Procedure, as amended, Act no. 162/2015 Coll. the Code of Administrative Procedure, as amended by Act No. 88/2017 Coll., Act no. Act No. 125/2016 Coll., The Act on Certain Measures Related to the Adoption of the Civil Dispute Settlement, the Civil Procedure Code, the Administrative Judicial Procedure Code, as amended, authorized state body – processing is necessary to fulfill the legal duty of the Operator under the Data Protection Regulation.

The person concerned has the right at any time to revoke consent to the processing of personal data relating to him / her. Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its revocation. The person concerned must be informed of this fact prior to granting the consent. The person concerned may revoke the consent in the same way as it was granted.

Personal data processing with regard to the apartment administration:

During our activities we process personal data in the register of the apartment owners in order to provide housing management services and activities.

Categories of recipients: SOI – Act no. 128/2002 Coll. on State Control of the Internal Market in Consumer Protection Matters and on the amendment of certain laws and entities to which the special regulation confers the power to decide on the rights and obligations of natural persons (e.g. courts) and the list of intermediaries is located at the registered office of the company.

During our activities we process personal data which is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the person concerned is a party or for the implementation of a pre-contractual measures at the request of the person concerned

List of personal data: name, surname, academic title, permanent / temporary residence, account number of the natural person, bank name, ID no., data regarding the subject matter of the contract

Persons whose personal data are being processed for specific purposes may exercise the following rights:

Right to request access to your personal data – Right to rectify personal data – Right to erase personal data – Right to limit the processing of personal data – Right to object to the processing of personal data – Right to transfer your personal data – Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, The Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

The rights of the person concerned are specified in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation. The person concerned shall exercise those rights in accordance with the Regulation and other relevant legislation. The person concerned may exercise his/ her rights towards the Operator by written request or by electronic means. Where the person concerned requests the oral disclosure, the information may be provided only when that the person concerned has demonstrated his / her identity.

Danube Facility Services, s.r.o. has taken all reasonable personnel, organizational and technical measures to maximize the protection of your personal data in order to minimize the risk of its misuse. In accordance with our obligation under Article 34 of the Regulation, we inform you as the persons concerned that if we violate the protection of your personal data in a way that is likely to lead to a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will notify this fact without undue delay.

The laws and the related ways of processing your personal data may vary. If we decide to update this policy, we will publish the changes on our website and we will notify you of these changes. In cases where there is a major change to these policies, or in the event that the law imposes on us to implement certain changes, we will inform you in advance. We ask you to read these principles and regularly review them for possible changes.
