The Eurovea Tower project is a key part of the vibrant Eurovea City district, ideally situated near the Danube River, the central square, and the National Theatre. Its prime location offers an unparalleled living experience, with the added convenience of being close to the shopping center, a wide variety of restaurants, sports facilities, playgrounds, and cultural venues.

Building’s features

The Eurovea Tower project is Slovakia’s first skyscraper, standing at an impressive 168 meters. The residential building features 233 units, including 108 apartments and 66 studios, spread across 45 floors. The tower has two entrances: Pribinova 38A and 38B. Entrance 38A provides access to the residential area from both the north and south sides, connecting to the street, the square, and the Danube embankment. Entrance 38B serves as access to a separate non-residential space. The building is also accessible from the underground garage via the parking facility. On the ground floor, a reception desk is staffed 24/7 for added convenience. The residential area begins on the 4th floor. Access to the building is secured through a contactless system using chips, and the premises are under constant surveillance by a camera system. The residential building is equipped with 8 elevators—six for entrance 38A and two for entrance 38B. Escape staircases are located next to the elevators. Technological equipment, parking spaces, storage rooms, and waste management facilities are located on floors below the 2nd floor. The residential building is equipped with centralized heating, supplied to the residential transfer stations. Cooling is also centralized and available throughout all apartments. Air handling units are located on both the roof and the base of the building, ensuring proper ventilation for the apartments, corridors, and non-residential areas.

The architecture and blend of features build on the success of the first phase, while introducing new elements such as expansive public spaces, sports facilities, and children’s playgrounds, transforming the project into a vibrant, fully integrated urban neighborhood. The building serves as a key link between residential living and the dynamic social, cultural, and sport activities along the Danube waterfront, with the added benefit of immediate access to the shopping center.

The extension of the Danube promenade stretches nearly 1 kilometer, featuring a 25,000 m² waterfront park and a square showcasing the Octahedral Body works. The project also includes the addition of Pribinova urban boulevard, designed by the world-renowned Spanish architect Beth Galí, complete with a new square in front of the Eurovea Tower and a newly planted avenue of trees.

As the administrator of Eurovea Tower, we primarily provide the following services:

Comprehensive Building Management:

Maintenance and Inspection of Building Technical Equipment:

  •  Routine operational monitoring and control
  •  Inspection and servicing of HVAC systems in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and legal requirements
  •  Immediate service response for breakdowns and addressing emergency technological issues.

Repair and Maintenance of Building and Technical Equipment:

  •  Planning and execution of inspections, checks, maintenance, and repairs of technological equipment
  •  Operation and servicing of:

    •  Cold water distribution and sewerage systems
