The main entrance to the Pribinova 40 building is located on Eurovea Square, along Pribinova Street. The ground floor of the building also features a polyclinic, adding to the convenience and amenities of this prime location. 

The building seamlessly integrates two functions – a parking garage and office spaces. The design aimed to minimize the visual impact of the parking structure, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious appearance for the entire building. Special attention was given to the façade of the parking garage, which was crafted to meet essential building requirements, including fire safety, ventilation, and other critical standards, while maintaining an aesthetically unified look.

Thanks to the innovative double façade, curved glazing was incorporated, allowing users to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area, even from the building’s corners. The design’s emphasis on both horizontal and vertical planes creates the illusion of a building without corners, enhancing its aerodynamic feel. The pre-set curved slats, formed by the protruding profiles of the façade, further emphasize the building’s verticality and slender elegance.

Spanning 15 floors, this building offers 22,000 m² of prime office space, with stunning views of the Danube and the city center. Tenants can enjoy a 750 m² shared terrace, or opt for private terraces ranging from 70 to 500 m².
