- Ensuring fire protection and occupational health and safety (OHS) management.
- Direct communication with owners.
- Handling the resolution of warranty claims.
Operation and Inspection of Technical Building Equipment:
- Routine operational inspections: We handle the day-to-day checks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Adherence to regulations: All technical building equipment is inspected and operated strictly according to manufacturer guidelines and relevant legislation.
- Emergency response: We manage operational responses in case of malfunctions and swiftly resolve any equipment emergencies.
Repairs and Maintenance of Buildings and Technical Equipment:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance and inspection plan for all technological equipment.
- Operating and servicing the following:
- Technological equipment (like ventilation and heating systems).
- Electrical power distribution.
- Heat distribution systems.
- Cold water, hot water, and sewage systems.
- Lighting in common interior spaces.
- Outdoor lighting.
- Sectional gates at garage entrances.
- The SKV access system.
- Inspecting and maintaining the structural elements of the building, carrying out repairs as needed.
- Inspecting and maintaining the exterior elements of the building, carrying out repairs as needed.
- Operating and maintaining all traffic signs within the building and on the adjacent land.
Support Activities:
- Waste management: This includes the transport and disposal of municipal waste.
- Cleaning services: We handle the cleaning of all indoor and outdoor common areas, as well as garages, utilising our own specialised equipment.
