Facility Overview

Gopass Arena Bratislava is a modern, multi-purpose sports and events venue, offering first-class facilities for professional sport, recreational activities, entertainment and a wide range of events.

Equipped with modern infrastructure and flexible, versatile spaces, the arena caters to professional athletes, the general public, corporate clients and organisers of cultural and social events.

The sports hall offers comfortable, functional and versatile spaces suitable for a wide range of sporting activities and events. It can accommodate up to 3,200 spectators for sporting events, while flexible seating and layout arrangements allow the capacity to be increased to 4,500 people for concerts, cultural performances, social gatherings and corporate events.

With a history dating back to 1962, the venue has been an important part of the local sporting community for more than six decades. Between 2021 and 2024, it underwent an extensive refurbishment to modernise its facilities and bring them into line with the stringent standards required to host international competitions sanctioned by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).

Following its refurbishment, the arena now meets FIBA’s stringent requirements for space, technical facilities and safety. While retaining its primary function as a venue for indoor sports, the modernisation has significantly broadened its potential to host a wider variety of events.

Gopass Arena now offers flexible spaces suitable for concerts, conferences, corporate functions, private celebrations and a wide range of cultural and social events. Its adaptable layout allows the venue to be configured to suit the specific needs of each event and its organisers.
